The SilverRock team has been involved with various types of construction projects, including: masterplanned communities ranging from 20 to 2,000 units, resort communities, subdivisions from planning and civil design to fully serviced titled lots, water reservoirs, custom homes from $1M to $25M, and commercial projects that vary from single $50K tenant improvements to $9M turnkey projects.

Copper Sky
West Kelowna
Our involvement was to provide consultant services for this multi phase strata development that was dealing with construction issues. Our role was to review, assess and provide the owner input on communicating with the various stakeholders
Private Waterline
Vernon, BC
The land owner was looking for assistance in allowing a City sewer line and private waterline on their property. We assisted the owner on the process and provided input on the construction methods to minimize the impact on their land. We represented the owner in dealing with adjacent land owners, the City of Vernon and the civil contractors.
Okanagan Rail Trail
Rock Fall Mitigation, Vernon, BC
This project included the installation of 250m of concrete blocks with specialized wire mesh to protect trail users from rock debris falling from the adjacent bluff.
